West Virginia will try to Speed Things up Against the Wahoos
The fans at WVU Colliseum will be 15th-ranked Virginia Cavaliers and the 18th-ranked West Virginia Mountaineers when they take their seats on Tuesday night. Tip-off is set for 7 pm EST. The teams have split their last two meetings. West Virginia has sometimes shown the patience for attacking the Cavaliers’ sagging defense. They will try to limit those tonight West Virginia’s veteran backcourt of Jevon Carter and Daxter Miles pknows what it is like to play against he UVA Defense. Now he’s gearing up with his ACC teammates for another run of the gauntlet. Guard Kyle Guy leads Virginia at 16.6 points per game. Guy is shooting nearly 43 percent from 3-point range.
