Pac 12 Championship: CFP Spot Online for Huskies against Buffaloes

Pac 12 Football Championship

Huskies Look to Stay Alive in Pac 12 Championship

The Pac 12 Championship Game between the Colorado Buffaloes and the Washington Huskies is on Friday. They meet at Levi’s Stadium, and 4th ranked Washington is hoping a win is enough to get them into the College Football Playoff. Washington’s poor non-conference strength of schedule (Rutgers, Idaho, Portland State) could come into play when the selection committee makes its decisions on who plays.

Oddsmakers currently have the Huskies listed as 8-point favorites versus the Buffaloes, while the game’s total is sitting at 56.

Last time out for Washington, they were a 45-17 winner as they battled Washington State Cougars on the road. Washington covered in the match as a -6.5-point favorite, while 62 combined points moved the game UNDER for totals bettors.

Washington is third nationally in scoring at 44.8 points per game. QB Jake Browning is third in the country in passing touchdowns (40), fourth in passing efficiency (181.6 rating) and ninth in yards per completion (14.78). In last week’s showdown at Washington State for the Pac-12 North title, he completed 21 of 29 passes for 292 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions.

Last time out for Colorado, they were a 27-22 winner as they battled Utah Utes at home. Colorado failed to cover in the match as a -10-point favorite, while 49 combined points moved the game UNDER for totals bettors. Colorado ranks 13th nationally in total defense (323.8 yards per game) and scoring defense (18.8 points).
