Seattle Seahawks Los Angeles Rams & Seattle Seahawks Game Has Big Playoff Implications This is the biggest game of the season in the NFC West Division title race. The 9-4 Los Angeles Rams go on the road as a slight-one point underdog against the 8-5 Seattle Seahawks. This is a 4:25 p.m. start on FOX from CenturyLink Field. Rams Need a Huge Road Win Against the Seattle Seahawks

The Rams find themselves in a very precarious situation coming off a tough 43-35 loss to Philadelphia. They were one-point home underdogs on BetAnySports’ closing line. They have already lost to Seattle once this season. Another defeat on Sunday would put them in the crowded NFC wild card race for the playoffs. Los Angeles is now 8-5 against the spread. They have covered in four of its previous six road games this season. The total has gone OVER in its last two games. Jared Goff played well enough to beat the Eagles. He finished with 199 yards passing and two scoring throws. He could not come up with the big plays when his team needed them the most, though. Todd Gurley turned in another productive day running the ball with 96 yards. He chipped in two scores on 13 carries and he could be the difference this Sunday against Seattle.

Seattle Seahawks Want to Win the Division Title and Not get in Crowded Wild-Card Race

The Seahawks blew a golden opportunity to get a leg up in this tight division title race last week.  Sunday’s 30-24 loss to Jacksonville as 2.5-point road underdogs still stings. Their record ATS this season dropped to a costly 5-7-1. They have a 2-4 record ATS in their first six home games. The total has stayed UNDER in eight of those 13 games on BetAnySports’ closing line. Russell Wilson has clearly established himself as Seattle’s MVP this season. Wilsin definitely lost some style points on Sunday with three interceptions complementing his three touchdown throws. The big concern for Sunday’s showdown is a Seahawks’ defense.  They were torched for 424 yards of total offense against Jacksonville.
