Pats Look to Hold Onto 1st Seed in AFC

The Baltimore Ravens and the New England Patriots will square off on Monday Night Football in Gillette Stadium. New England will be looking to hold on to the first seed in the AFC. They hold a one-game lead over the KC Chiefs.

Oddsmakers currently have the Patriots listed as 7-point favorites versus the Ravens, while the game’s total is sitting at 45.

Joe Flacco, who threw four touchdown passes in last week’s 38-6 blowout of the Miami Dolphins, has thrown 16 touchdowns and eight interceptions against New England. He has also amassed a 91.3 passer rating against teams Tom Brady has led.

Tom Brady has completed 68.9 percent of his passes since coming back from his 4-game suspension. He has also thrown 19 touchdowns and just one interception. It is the only pick thrown by New England’s three quarterbacks this season.  Brady will be without two major targets with Rob Gronkowski out for the season with back surgery. Danny Amendola is out until the playoffs with a high ankle sprain suffered in last week’s win over the Rams
