1. To register for the $10,000 Kentucky Derby First & Last Contest, you must be logged into your account and make your picks.
2. You are eligible to register for this contest up until 6:30pm ET on Saturday, May 6th, 2023.
3. Once selections are submitted, answers can be changed any time until the entry deadline.
4. To qualify for a prize, you must place at least $10 in real-money wagers on the Racebook or in our Horse Racing section of the Sportsbook for the Kentucky Derby.
5. If you correctly select the First Place and Last Place finishers of the 149th Kentucky Derby, you will win a share of $5,000 in Freeplay cash. If you correctly predict the first place finisher but not the last place finisher you will qualify for a share of $3,000 in Freeplay cash and if you correctly predict the last place finisher only you will collect a share of $2,000 in Freeplay cash.
6. In the event that multiple entrants correctly predict one of the options above, the cash prizes will be split evenly among all winning accounts that also placed their minimum wager of $10.
7. Official race results will be used to determine the First Place and Last Place finishers.
8. Last Place horse must cross the finish line. Horses designated DNF (did not finish) do not apply.
9. Winner(s) will receive their prize by Monday, May 8, 2023 at 6:00pm ET.
10. The $10,000 prize pool will be paid into player’s account as Freeplay cash with a 3x rollover requirement.
