Tyler Wilson is starting for Baltimore in place of Ubaldo Jimenez. Showalter had planned to start Ubaldo Jimenez. The right-hander was forced into action when Wednesday’s starter, Kevin Gausman, was tossed for plunking Boston’s Xander Bogaerts.
