HRWager

(Updated June 13, 2024) — Stay away from HRWager Online Sporstbook. Unfortunately they have taken a major turn for the worse over the past 12 months and it is not getting any better. It has turned into a disaster and taking months to pay out small-time winnings. There are way better places to play than HRWager.

HRWager is a sportsbook that began as an independent book that later became part of the BetPhoenix.ag Family.  The sportsbook was then spun back off on its own and was partially acquired by the RDGCorp family of sportsbooks. They no longer are a part of the RDGCorp family of books as they had become a deposit only sportsbook and were having issues with payouts. I would highly recommend any payouts requested be in Bitcoin, or other cryptocurrency.

They were still independently run as RDG as a silent partner. It got to the point where RDG had to cut their losses. This is not the first time this has happened with RDG and HRWager. So the history was already there.

George, at HRWager, is a great guy and does what he can, but always seems to end up having money issues. It got to the point that the owner of RDGCorp had to let them go in the middle of 2023 and kept it quiet hoping they could work things out and/or find a buyer.

They had been slow paying people for as little at $600. Telling people that have had balances as high as $3,900 that it would take months to pay them back. They thought they had a buyer from a large sportsbook and that deal fell through over the last few days. So they are back to trying to operate on their own.

There are several threads online with issues with their payouts. We will alert you to two of them from respected sites. These have happened recently. One from The Gambling Forum and One from Bookmakers Review. Click on the links and it will take you to the thread. Another thread at Bookmakers Review has popped up and George has quit responding to any type of contact and owes another player $15,000. HRWager has also restricted his access to even login the website.

Respected online gambling website portal owner Chris Costigan is also reporting the $15K confiscation at his site, Gambling911. For the ones that don’t know Costigan opened G911 in 1999 and has a long history in the online gambling industry.

There are many more slow/non-payments out there, even on these sites. I will give them credit. They are not running and are still posting on the forums and trying to keep everyone informed.

Since HRWager.ag is one of our top sportsbook, we always keep a close eye on them to make sure they deserve to be on our list. HRWager.ag has one of the better looking website in the online sportsbook industry. Unlike other websites that try to put everything on their homepage, they have the perfect balance between style and information. I made person-to-person deposit via because I like to deal with cash. 

Sportsbooks also like it better so as soon as they received the money, I got my 200% bonus. I mostly used my phone to bet and their mobile interface was great and easy to use. In terms of betting lines, I was not impressed but they were for the most part competitive.

Overall, I like their gambling services because it is easy to use and simple.  I requested my first payout on a Monday thinking it would be late since Mondays are payout days for sportsbooks. As a result, I was wrong as I received my WU payout within 36 hours!

Everyone agrees that if you want a great sports betting experience and a large bonus at the same time then HRWager is the way to go. They have excellent sports betting platforms and is backed up by a great customer service department. Anyone looking to bet on sports at a safe and reliable sportsbook needs to consider using HRWager.ag.
