Portland has covered 5 of the last 7 here in Sacramento and they have won and covered both times on the road with no rest after scoring 90 or less. The Kings are 4-20 straight vs on Tuesday and 12-26 vs Northwest Division teams. The Kings have always started slow and have lost 15 of the last 19 in November games.
