When you see a white flag, start firing. Have you seen the Oakland A’s play the last two days? Do yourself a favor, don’t bother. The A’s weren’t going anywhere before they traded pitcher Scott Kazmir, but it doesn’t appear they were convinced of that. They’d thumped Minnesota 14-1 on Sunday and had split their first two games against Toronto earlier this week.
