In the unlikely case that there are forfeits, the team that forfeits will be graded as a loss.

All bracket sales are final. In the event that any games are affected by COVID-19, there will be no refunds as long as the Championship Game is played.

General Rules

1. The $100,000 Sweet 16 Bracket Contest opens for purchase of entries on Friday, March 19^th, 2021 and closes on Saturday, March 27^th, 2021 at 2:00 pm ET.
2. The bracket selection period opens on Tuesday, March 23^rd, 2021 at 12:00 pm ET and closes on Saturday, March 27^th, 2021 at 2:10 pm ET. All entries purchased after this point will be considered void and will not be eligible for any of the prizes.
3. Once you submit your selections, you can change your picks at any time until the bracket submission deadline at 2:10 pm ET on Friday, March 19^th, 2021.
4. If your bracket is not completed or fully filled out by 2:10 pm ET on Saturday, March 27^th, your entry will be void and eliminated from the contest.
5. The Contest begins with the Sweet 16 round of the 2021 Men’s NCAA Basketball Tournament Saturday March 27^th, 2021.
6. Round Dates: Sweet 16 (March 27^th & 28^th), Elite 8 (March 29^th & 30^th), Final Four (April 3^rd) and Championship (April 5^th).
7. Only fully completed brackets qualify for the contest prizes.
8. House rules and regulations apply.
9. We reserve the right to amend the contest, prizes and terms at any time.
10. Once you submit your selection, you will not be able to change your picks.
11. Winners will be notified by Email and will be posted on a Leaderboard. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to keep his/her Email information in their account up-to-date and accurate.

Purchasing Entries

1. Each entry into the contest costs $15 per bracket.
2. You may purchase up to 10 entries.
3. Entries may only be purchased with real cash funds.
4. Entry fees will be deducted directly from your BetOnline account balance.
5. All purchases are final. There are no refunds. Make sure that you click on the Purchase button and double check all your info before confirming your purchase.

How to Play

1. Participants must purchase at least one entry to participate in the $100,000 Sweet 16 Bracket Contest.
2. After purchasing entries, players can view and edit their entries in the ‘My Brackets’ section.
3. Participants must pick the winners of all 15 remaining games in the 2021 NCAA Division 1 Men’s Basketball Championship, beginning with the Sweet 16.
4. Points will be awarded for each correct pick.
5. Once a bracket has been submitted, it is final. Picks cannot be changed once the bracket has been submitted.

Point System

• 1 points for every correct selection in the Sweet 16
• 2 points for every correct selection in the Elite 8
• 4 points for every correct selection in the Final Four
• 8 points for picking the winner of the Championship Game

$100,000 Guaranteed Prize Pool

1. The Top 300 will win a piece of the $100,000 prize pool; the payout breakdown is as follows:
2. In the event that the tie-breaker is necessary, participants will be ranked based on having the closest answer to the Total Points Scored in the Championship Game.
3. If various participants remain in a tie after the tie-breaker, the winnings will be split along with the next lowest prize. Example: If two contestants tie for first with 28 points, they will split the 1^st and 2^nd Place prizes; the participant with the next highest point total will win the 3^rd Place prize.
4. Winnings are awarded as cash with no rollover requirements.
5. Winnings will be deposited into our players account within 72 hours after the completion of the 2021 NCAA Men’s Championship Basketball game taking place on Monday, April 5^th, 2021.
6. Winnings are non-transferable.
