Wu Yibing Becomes First Chinese ATP Title Winner

Wu Yibing made history Sunday after winning against John Isner at the Dallas Open. As a result, he became the first Chinese ATP title winner. Also, he held off four match points before securing the victory over Isner.

Wu is now the world number 58 in the ATP rankings. In addition, he is the highest-ranked Chinese player in the history of the ATP. Also, he won against Isner, despite the latter having 44 aces in the match.

Wu served flawlessly for the first 22 games of the decisive tiebreak, and then Isner blasted a forehand long after being pressured by Wu.
