One of the few things that keep me sane during the lockdown is BBQ. While I still have some meat in my freezer, I keep experimenting with grilling. Here is what I've been doing this Sunday - grilling this lamb!

Welcome aboard Mang... glad to have you. Man this lockdown is nuts... driving me crazy. I have gotten my kids and we have been doing instacart deliveries for groceries just so we can get out of the house. As I work from home, I had to do something to get out. It is pretty good money as well.
I have BBQ'd a few times and I love to grill and cook outside....

Yea man.. we have been around since 2008. First as GamblingIQ and then has HH.. lots of everything. We had to shut the forums down for a couple of years when I went to work for AskTheBookie in a offer I couldn't refuse and then the wanted out of the forum industry and we merged and I came back here. Then after a while vBulletin software kept giving us major issues and we couldn't find anyone to convert the forums over to something that wasn't screwing everything up.
We finally did and got it going again. We kept the forums up for SEO purposes, but it was hard to post on with all the bugs in vBulletin. They went from the forum Standard to being awful after they had a huge update a few years ago. It was coded so crazy no one but them could work on it and once you updated you couldn't go back to the old version and keep anything new. It has been a mess.
Traffic has always been here but not the posting, but that will pick up. We used to be one of the largest gambling forums out there.
@dirty I've been a part of couple of gambling forums, but communities out there turned out quit toxic at some point, and I don't like talking with people with no respect to each other. I believe that if we all at the same forum - means we share mutual interests in a bunch of topics. That's why I'm trying myself here
I totally agree.. but I also don't believe in censorship either. You can't limit free speech. I have found ignoring the troublemakers is the best option.

I've been grilling with my mom this weekend... She loves seafood - so I got this sea brim. Just a splash of olive oil, bits of lemons - that was fantastic (not my quote 😀 )

Yeah. It definitely was great! The only thing is that she likes vegs more than seafood, as she told me. So, I was thinking to do some kind of grilled vegetable kabobs... This should do.

Got a couple of pheasants from our local butcher (Finally some meat in my freezer), weather this Sunday was awesome, so I was grilling. Got a little distracted, and the meat started burning. When I took it out, it looked destroyed, but I decided to try it anyways. No regrets! Meat was soft and almost melted in the mouth. Pic attached. But, now I'm thinking about buying thermometer or temperature probe of some kind. Any guess on this?
You can find good thermometers on Amazon cheap.
